GATLING GUN KIT - CERAKOTE MATTE BLACK CNC MACHINED ALUMINUM FOR RUGER® 10/22® RIFLES

Every gun enthusiast that's seen a gatling gun in a western movie has wanted to get behind the gun, crank it hard and watch it spit lead!  Our Gatling Gun Kit uses your two standard Ruger® 10/22® rifles (not included) and will give you a good feel for what a real gatling gun would feel like while enjoying cost saving .22LR ammunition.  

The kit is precison CNC machined from billet aluminum, including the frame, tripod, barrel shrouds and the receiver covers - No Cheap Plastic parts here!  The tripod is also precison CNC machined from aluminim for a solid shooting platform and a display platform that is second to none.  The parts are then professionally finished by matte black type 3 anodizing each one for maximum durability and visual appearance.  

The rate of fire is four rounds per crank revolution and is only limited by your ability to turn the crank.  The Gatling Gun Kit requires NO special permits or licenses since you supply the two required Ruger® 10/22® rifles (which are the registered firearms).  The only limitation is that BATF prohits you from putting any kind of an electic motor, drill etc on it in place of the hand crank, SO DON'T DO IT - it's already too much fun with just the hand crank!

The GATLING GUN KIT comes complete with all the parts required to assemble the kit using your two standard 10/22® rifles (required, not included), the tripod and anti-aircraft sights.  Magazines are NOT included and any 10/22® magaines will fit.  However, even though large drums will physically snap into the rifles while they are in the kit, our experience has been that they are not very reliable whether just in the standard rifles or in the gatling gun kit.  Standard 25 or 30 round high capacity mags seem to provide the most reliable functionality. 

The GATLING GUN KIT assembles in minutes with only standard household hand tools.  If you're ready for a lot of fun without spending a lot of money, this is an accessory that's sure to please!

  1. Which Ruger 10/22 rifles do I need to assemble this kit?
    Ruger makes many different models of 10/22 rifles. This kit requires two complete rifles. You should purchase standard rifles with no custom or upgraded features. The lowest price standard rifles (as are often available at the big box stores) are what you should purchase. You can not use rifles with bull barrels (.920 / target).
  2. Can the kit be assembled with third party manufactured receivers rather than standard Ruger factory receivers?
    The kit can only be assembled with Ruger factory receivers. Third party receivers are dimensionally different and will not fit in the assembly.
  3. Are any special licenses or permits required to own this Gatling Gun kit?
    Although there are no federal restrictions, customers should verify and ensure that there are no state or local restrictions prior to ordering. The kit is NOT a full auto firearm and DOES NOT convert the semi-auto 10/22 rifles into full auto fire. Each revolution of the crank for the gatling gun kit fires the triggers of each gun identically as if the trigger was pulled by the shooter's finger.
  4. Can I put an electric motor or similar on the Gatling Gun kit for higher rates of fire?
    DO NOT put any kind of motor or similar device on the gatling gun kit for any reason. ATF has determined that the addition of an electric motor or similar would then subject the assembled kit to be regulated in accordance with NFA regulations and would cause the modified kit to be classified as a machine gun. The kit is not classified as a machine gun when operated by hand using the supplied crank.
  5. Can this kit be used with "drum" mags?
    The kit does not limit which mags you can use in the standard Ruger® 10/22® rifles and drum mags will physically fit into the rifles. However, drum mags are generally not very reliable and the kit does not make them work any better than they would in a 10/22® in a standard rifle stock. You also have to take into account that the rifles are in the kit on their sides, with one to the right and one to the left and the considerable weight of the loaded drum mags forcing the drums in the receivers to to extreme opposite sides will further decrease the reliability of the drums. For optimal operation, the standard Ruger BX-25 25 round mags are recommended.
