One or more of the items in your order are restricted by federal law and must ship to a federal firearms dealer in your state. YOU must contact your dealer and have them email us ({{ tacConfig('EMAIL_FROM', '') }}) a legible signed copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms License) in order for us to ship and them to receive the firearm and subsequently process the paperwork to transfer the firearm to you. You can complete your online purchase before your dealer has emailed us a copy of their license (which will allocate inventory to your order) but you must contact them and have them email us a copy of their FFL (license) before we can ship them the order. If you do not have your dealer name and address at this time, please remove the restricted item(s) from your shopping cart in order to complete your online shopping cart checkout.

I can legally purchase the item herein and it can legally be shipped to my dealer.

If I have not already, I will promptly contact my dealer and I will make sure they email a signed legible copy of their FFL (license) to {{ tacConfig('STORE_NAME') }} at {{ tacConfig('EMAIL_FROM') }}. I understand that I (not {{ tacConfig('STORE_NAME') }}) am responsible for contacting and making sure my dealer emails an FFL copy for this transfer without {{ tacConfig('STORE_NAME') }} contacting my dealer.

My dealer and I have agreed on his fee which is not included in this purchase price.

My dealer has agreed to receive this firearm transfer with no prior contact or arrangements from {{ tacConfig('STORE_NAME') }} (ie no advance notice, no customer name on the box, no FFL from {{ tacConfig('STORE_NAME') }} before they will email their FFL etc). An FFL copy from {{ tacConfig('STORE_NAME') }} will be included in the box with the shipment.

If my dealer refuses the shipment or the package is returned for any reason, I agree to pay for all related shipping costs and cancellation fees per below. Orders that can not be shipped again will be cancelled and cancellation charges per below will apply.

If I cancel this order for any reason, I agree that the following cancellation charges will apply without exception:

For receivers, pistols, rifles & shotguns that HAVE NOT yet shipped out, a 5% cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount
For receivers, pistols, rifles & shotguns that HAVE shipped out and are returned by the carrier, a 20% cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to related shipping costs.
For NFA firearms (suppressors, machine guns etc), the following cancellation processing fees apply:
- 5% - Order cancelled before NFA paperwork is submitted to ATF
- 15% - Order cancelled after NFA paperwork is submitted to ATF
- 20% - Orders that HAVE shipped out and are returned by the carrier, a 20% cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to related shipping costs.

Once this order is shipped and received by your dealer, the SALE OF FFL ITEMS (receivers, rifles, pistols, shotguns, silencers, machine guns etc) IS FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
